    I just flash the bell 2wire with Qwest lastest firmware (google it). It's way better than Singtel one. And it now has Qos setting and wireless connection/speed are much stable.

      Did you get asked for the Technician password? If so, what did you use?

    I believe unlocking will allow you to use the modem with dsl providers other than Bell.
